Holiday Inn Express Pittston - Scranton Airport by IHG

We couldn't have asked for a better nights stay! Katie was very welcoming when I called to ask a few questions about the hotel. I always call a location before booking to make sure they can provide all of our requirements. We travel with dogs so we require pet friendly hotels. We are 3 adults so we also require 2 queen beds which not a lot of places offer. Katie's welcoming conversation is what made us choose this location to stop for the night. She could not have been any more accommodating when we checked in. She did a great job making sure all of our needs for the night were met. I didn't get the name of the girl at the front desk in the morning but she was just as nice as Katy was the night before. The room was spotless and the beds were amazing! Very plush mattresses with high thread count sheets. This is the only hotel that we've stayed at since Covid that offered food in the morning. Everything was individually wrapped and brown bags with handles were available to pack breakfast for the road. I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express. We were very happy with our entire stay! 5 stars from us!!!

10000/10 would stay here again. Absolutely everything was top tier. 4 pillows on the bed PLUS each pillow case is labeled so you can pick the firmness u want. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. Full breakfast. The beds and blankets are super comfy. The whole place is clean, well put together and smells incredible. The staff was approachable and efficient.

I loved the location, literally right next to Walmart so you can go shop for whatever you might need, and that close to restaurants too. There's still a decent knowing of the mountains in the view too. Their breakfast had a huge assortment, more than the usual--option of scrambled eggs or the omelets, bacon or sausage, plus all the other usuals so I left full with a well balanced meal as opposed to having to get full off of multiples of the same. That may sound strange, but I was really grateful to have the arrangement of options. I really was. The room was clean and they have the lovely shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the shower which is still bougie to me so I can't complain and just wouldn't. I felt spoiled in other words, so thank you.

Stayed here for three nights while my truck was in the shop. Upon checking in room was fresh and clean. Fresh coffee throughout the day in the lobby and good quality breakfast every morning. I’m low maintenance so I don’t interact with staff much but the staff members I did interact with were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. There's a desk and TV if you like to watch it. The area is a busy area for sure. Definitely appealing to semi truck drivers. That aspect is a 5 star for sure.

Just had an issue with the thermostat. Everything else was great and the breakfast was outstanding

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Friendly staff, great room. Very clean, linens smelled like they were freshly washed that day. Room was immaculate and well stocked with towels. The mattress was comfy and the pillows weren't flat, they were actually puffy and very supportive. Would 100% stay again.
